Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using EduZim ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License & Access
EduZim operates on a subscription basis. Each form (Grade 7 through Form 6) requires a separate $2/month license. A valid license key, verified on-device, grants access to all subjects within that form for 30 days.
License keys are device-bound. One key activates one device. If you change phones, contact us for a license transfer.
Free Content
English Language content is permanently free on all levels and does not require a license. Access to free content does not expire.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is processed via EcoCash mobile money, initiated through our WhatsApp assistant (Rutendo) using a reference code generated in the app. License keys are delivered via WhatsApp automatically upon payment confirmation. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App or its content. License keys are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
Content Accuracy
While we strive to align all content with the official ZIMSEC syllabus, EduZim is a study aid — not a substitute for classroom instruction or official ZIMSEC materials. We do not guarantee exam outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
EduZim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
